The target company is a leading end-to-end blockchain technology solutions provider covering infrastructure development and ecosystem support. After a rigorous process which leveraging our deep expertise, we believe the list of comparable companies to be exhaustive based on our research and selection criteria on a best-effort basis. Moreover, we made further adjustments to account for differences, such as marketability between the target company and the guideline companies.
Apart from the performance conducted through commonly adopted multiple, we have cross-checked our result by adopting alternative valuation multiple, such as the P/AUM multiple, which is recognized as an appropriate methodology for valuing firms in the asset management sector.
