Past Internship Projects

Valtech Valuation has been actively promoting academic study in financial analysis that may help to solve practical valuation problems. This also offers a good chance for interns to work with our experienced valuers and financial modelling specialist to explore interesting topics in valuation and the financial industry. We have created a new page summarising the closing project by our interns in a typical 4-6 month cycle. It can be a record for those who have contributed to the projects and for those potential interns to understand what they may experience after joining Valtech. The content under this section also provides some ideas to potential candidates their potential exposures for joining Valtech as intern.

Valtech wishes to contribute in cultivating talents who know not only on model applications but also developing new models and forming his/her own view by participating in data anlytics work. The research projects are not intended for profit or commercial use but to promote logical and innovative thinking based on available data. Valtech Valuation team are glad to suppot it to demonstate our social responsbility.

Important:

Some students may only be able to particpate in the internship work for a short period of time, say only for 1-2 months. In those cases, the research findings will be some work in progress. Valtech also encourages they think independently and innovatively to let them present findings they think meaningful. So some of the materials here may not be formally completed, reviewed and may not be in line with the generally accepted financial and valuation principles.
